This warming blend combines the sweet flavour of mint with the refreshing herbal notes of the rooibos and a hint of star anise and linden.
The main nutritional benefit of rooibos tea is that it is rich in antioxidants. Rooibos tea has been a treatment for diarrhoea and other stomach issues for centuries due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
USE: 2-3 grams per 200 ml water at 95ºC and let stand for 4 – 5 minutes.
