How to brew the perfect cup of luxury speciality blend tea:
Each person has their own preferences when it comes to teas and infusions. Some prefer a lighter brew while others prefer a stronger brew. To achieve your own desired perfect brew we recommend starting with the standard equation as shown below and if necessary experimenting with a little more or less tea and longer or shorter brewing times.
- 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup
- Use freshly drawn, boiling 100°C water
- Leave to infuse for 6 – 8 minutes
- Enjoy!
What to make your perfect luxury speciality blend tea in:
Again this is determined by personal preference and sometimes by occasion. Your brew will taste delicious whatever you make it in but the whole process of making tea is more than just the end result. You may choose to use your trusty old favourite mug, a fancy cup and saucer, a glass infuser pot or our favourite, a traditional style, round bellied teapot.
