For goods purchased directly on this website, we accept online payments via our secure payments processor PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and you can use your debit or credit card. Your card details are secure and cannot be seen by anyone at veganhome.co.uk at any time. If you prefer to pay offline we accept uncrossed UK postal orders available from any UK Post Office. This option is available to UK customers only. If you wish to use this option please contact us with your order details. It is advised that you do not send cash in the post due to the possibility of it being lost or taken on route. We will accept cash if this is your preferred method but cannot be held liable if your payment does not arrive. All payments are to be in GBP Stirling (£) only.


Our dispatch of goods policy is as follows: All items purchased directly on this website will usually be dispatched within a timescale of to up to 7 working days (Mon – Fri), depending on many variables. If there is likely to be a delay of more than 7 working days (Mon – Fri), you will be notified via email. Orders may be dispatched as early as same day sometimes, but we are not Amazon or such like a do not wish to commit to rapid (and stress inducing ) dispatch schedules. UK and international shipping times vary according to destination. Please allow up to 15 (UK) and up to 47 (International) days for delivery. All parcels will be sent either via Royal Mail or Courier dependent on consignment origin, weight, configuration and destination. Larger parcels and orders of a higher value will require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries may be delayed slightly or significantly due to industrial strike action being taken by Royal Mail staff. After dispatch we have no control over goods travelling through the delivery networks and it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Please wait patiently and have faith that your order will arrive at some point.  All UK bound parcels have a flat rate postage cost of £3.50 or FREE on orders of £20 or over. The UK postage cost will automatically adjust in the shopping cart at checkout. All goods sent outside of the UK to international customers will incur additional postage costs unless specifically stated on the sales page.

We are happy to dispatch orders* worldwide. All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked and signed service or courier equivalent. You can simply add your items to the shopping cart and purchase as usual and wait for us to send you a separate invoice for the postage element, which must be paid before we dispatch your order. Or if you prefer you can contact us for a postage quote before placing your order, in which case we can issue a combined product order and postage invoice to save time. Additional customs charges and /or import taxes may be applicable in your country. Please check before purchase as these charges are not included here and may be payable by you when the goods enter your country. Our business is currently below the UK VAT threshold and therefore there is no VAT element to our prices. Any customs duties levied by the recipient country are the responsibility of the customer. Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any orders not in line with our policy.


Our returns, refunds, loss and damage policy is as follows: You have a legal right to return an item purchased directly on this website under The Consumer Contracts Regulations (some exclusions apply, including perishable goods, intimate use goods & personalised goods). You have a “cooling off period” of up to 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods, whereby you can request to cancel the contract. You have a duty to take good care of any item you intend to return. You cannot return an item you have used or mistreated. You are responsible for return postal charges if you return an item due to any reason other than faulty or incorrect goods being received, such as a change of mind or item not being quite what you wanted etc. If you wish to return an item you must contact us and give “notice of cancellation”. You will then receive an email detailing the address to which you should return the item. A refund will be issued as soon as the item has been safely returned in it’s original, unused and resalable condition. If the item gets lost or damaged in the return post a compensation claim will need to be made by you to Royal Mail to obtain a refund, as the onus of care transfers to you when you post an item back. If you do not know how to do this we can help you. In the event of your item being lost or damaged in the post on it’s way to you a compensation claim will need to made by us to Royal Mail. In the case of receiving an item damaged in the post you must keep the item and all the packaging for inspection by Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date. (You may wish to try telephoning your local Royal Mail sorting office if your item appears to be delayed in case they have it there.) In the unlikely, but possible event of you receiving the wrong item by mistake please contact us to rectify the error. In all cases please contact us first so that the proper procedure can be followed. This policy has been written using The Consumer Contracts Regulations guidelines. By making a purchase you are agreeing to the above returns, refunds, loss and damage policy.
